Customer Operations Specialist

ScholarTrip is hiring a Customer Operations Specialist in Tampa, Florida to support customers and daily travel operations. This is a remote position for Tampa-area candidates. Full-time and part-time schedules are available. Pay: $24–$29/hour. No previous experience is required. Training is provided.

Duties • Assist customers by phone and email. • Support booking and travel requests. • Process itinerary updates and changes. • Maintain accurate customer records. • Coordinate requests with internal teams. • Escalate complex issues when needed.

Qualifications • Must reside in the Tampa, FL area. • Authorized to work in the United States. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong communication skills. • Good computer and typing skills. • Ability to work independently from home.

Extra Skills (Optional) • Customer service experience. • Familiarity with travel platforms. • Experience with CRM software.
