Job Summary: 

As a Customer Operations Coordinator for Pyle, you will be interact customers, carriers, and warehouses to ensure that shipments are shipments successful with a key focus on speed, accuracy and problem solving. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Interacting with customers to accept shipments
• Entering, scheduling, and following up on shipments to ensure an optimal customer experience.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with load planners and scheduling departments.
• Accepting/rejecting shipments and ensure timely tracking updates are completed in partner TMS systems.
• Monitoring delivered orders to ensure accurate documentation is received to prepare orders for billing.
• Working with partner carriers to gather tracking updates and identify potential exceptions.
• Utilizing external systems to schedule pickup and delivery times.
• Develop relationships with shipper, consignee, and warehouse scheduling departments.
• Collaborating with claims and customer sales representatives during exception management.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrate a positive attitude; team first mindset  
• Must be growth oriented, motivated, and have a sense of urgency
• Strong communication skills; proficiency in MS Office

The following skillsets are preferred, but not required:

• Entry level understanding of the trucking industry
