Customer Logistics Representative CSR

Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm  starts mid August 
$16/17

• Microsoft office experience (word, excel)  
• Great communication skills – verbal and written
• Will be dealing with a variety of customers
• Truck Drivers – checking in at gate for dock assignments
• 3PL Dispatchers – scheduling trucks for pick-up / delivery dock times 
• Customers – a variety of positions
• Manufacturing – warehouse leads, operation managers, QA leads, plant managers, etc.
• Business – Office managers, executive assistants, inventory control clerks, CFO and controllers, etc.
• Internal Customers – fellow employees (forklift drivers, warehouse  leads, supervisors, ops manager, sales)
• Can handle fast past environment .... Accurately and with a smile.
• Trucks come in and out quickly.   It is important that we get them processed efficiently and accurately.  
• Lots of detailed paperwork to support workorders
•  BOL, Packing Slips, Trailer Inspections, customer specific documents, etc.

Accurately enter information into database / inventory tracking software.

Must meet background/drug screen criteria 
High School Diploma/GED
