We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed-oriented Customer Integration Specialist to join our B2B Team within KBX Technology Solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of application integration principles, exceptional problem-solving skills, and experience collaborating with external and internal customers. The ideal candidate should communicate well, be a proactive problem-solver, and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

We partner with internal and external customers to provide quality integrations, secure & reliable connectivity, and deliver best-in-class customer experience by flawless connections that allow our customers to be connected to all our global TMS capabilities. Our efforts help KBX maintain a cohesive and unified technological ecosystem, facilitating better implementations and good customer experience.
