    About This Opportunity
Judit Inc. is hiring on behalf of one of our largest clients — a global technology leader in consumer electronics, semiconductors, and mobile communications. This is a temporary, contract position: you’ll be employed by Judit Inc. and work directly alongside our client’s team.

The description below is our client’s overview of the background, skills, and experience they’re looking for. If you meet most — but not all — of these, we still want to hear from you. Your Judit recruiter will walk you through the day-to-day work, schedule, pay, and contract length before anything moves forward.

    What you’ll do
You’ll own the ratings and reviews strategy for the company’s home appliance products across retail and direct-to-consumer channels. You’ll turn scattered review and survey data into one trusted source of insight, help marketing and product teams act on what customers are saying, and bring in new listening and AI-assisted analytics tools to spot issues sooner.

    • Own the end-to-end ratings and reviews strategy across retail and direct-to-consumer channels, turning fragmented feedback data into a single, trusted source of truth for marketing and product decisions
    • Translate large volumes of unstructured review and survey data into clear, prioritized insights focused on the few issues and opportunities that matter most
    • Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Service, and Marketing so voice-of-customer (VOC) findings shape product improvements, messaging, and launch readiness

    • Identify and set up new listening tools, sentiment analysis methods, or AI-assisted text analytics to make the program faster and more predictive
    • Work with key stakeholders to grow review volume against KPIs for major product launches and run ongoing review incentive programs across the portfolio
    • Track ratings and reviews performance against competitors and flag emerging risks early, such as quality issues that surface in reviews before anywhere else
    • Coach stakeholders across the home appliances organization on how to read and use VOC data, building a customer-centric mindset

    What you’ll bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
    • 3–5 years of experience in voice of customer, market research, customer insights, or ratings and reviews management

    • Hands-on experience with Sprinklr or a comparable enterprise VOC or social listening platform (such as Medallia, Qualtrics, or Clarabridge) for sentiment analysis, theme detection, and reporting
    • Ability to turn large, messy datasets into clear stories and recommendations for non-technical audiences
    • A track record of partnering with marketing, product, and customer experience teams to drive action from customer feedback
    • Clear written and verbal communication, including presenting findings to senior leaders
    • Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
