CUSTOMER IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST

Reports To: Director of Client Solutions

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Customer Implementation Specialist is responsible for the overall success of the prospect-to-customer transition by communicating the go-live plan, collecting data crucial to operational success, and implementing custom warehouse solutions. This position will assist the Customer Implementation Manager in assuring success with both internal and external communication.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists with the timeline and task management of new customer implementation from start to finish (contract execution to successful operational execution).
• Monitors and tracks progress of projects and provides updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manages and updates onboarding tracker
• Develops a working knowledge of business process and operational capabilities
• Ensures successful implementations by asking relevant questions
• Coordinates communication among cross-functional groups and new clients via email and phone
• Monitors customer activities post-launch to ensure a smooth transition and compliance to contractual agreement
• Collaborates with members of various corporate cross-functional teams to seamlessly launch customer projects and drive operational success
• Completes other duties as assigned by the Customer Implementation Manage

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2 or more years of experience in customer support or administrative/coordinator position

• 1 or more years of experience in project management or similar professional experience preferred

• Strong time management skills

• Ability to keep organized with multiple tasks at one time

• Ability to relate freely with other members of the staff; both up and down the ladder

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed

PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this position the employee is regularly required to see, hear, talk, write, read, stand, walk, bend over, and be alert at all times. The employee is frequently required to use hands to type, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. While infrequent, employee may need to visit warehouse locations in which employee may need to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, drive (vehicle), stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl.
