Role Descriptions:
" Responsible for API and journey development, custom event hooks, and integration support.
" Configure and support CIAM solutions using Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
" Onboard web, mobile, and API-based applications to enterprise CIAM services.
" Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML integrations.
" Develop and maintain customer registration, login, password management, and profile management journeys.
" Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and access-related issues.
" Collaborate with application teams, security teams, and architects to deliver secure identity solutions.
" Support CIAM platform upgrades, enhancements, and operational activities.
" Create technical documentation, onboarding guides, and integration standards.

Essential Skills:
" 3 7 years of IAM/CIAM experience.
" Hands-on experience with Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
" Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and SCIM.
" Experience integrating applications using REST APIs and identity protocols.
" Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
" Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
" Ping Identity certifications.
