Key Responsibilities
Provide professional, responsive customer service through the full client experience
Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests, questions, and updates
Consult with clients to understand preferences, timelines, and service needs
Research and coordinate service options based on client goals and budgets
Assist with scheduling, reservations, confirmations, and documentation
Prepare and share detailed summaries, confirmations, and client materials
Manage updates, changes, and alternative arrangements with care and accuracy
Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination
Maintain organized records and accurate client information
Deliver timely, solution-focused support to ensure client satisfaction
