What You’ll Do: As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience:
- Greet and assist guests with questions, slope passes, rentals, and lessons
- Answer phones and respond to emails with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Help guests plan their perfect day on the mountain
- Keep the front desk and guest areas running smoothly and efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality
- Excellent communication skills for phones, emails, and in-person interactions
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Previous customer service experience, hospitality, or ski industry experience is a plus
