Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking an organized and detail-focused Booking Support Coordinator to assist clients with researching options, coordinating booking requests, and keeping reservation information organized throughout the process.

This role is a good fit for someone who communicates effectively, enjoys researching solutions, and can manage multiple client requests while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather information about client requests, needs, and preferences

• Research available options using online resources and platforms

• Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, activities, and related arrangements

• Review booking information and confirmations for accuracy

• Communicate relevant details and updates to clients

• Assist with changes, adjustments, and special requests

• Maintain accurate client and booking documentation

• Track pending items and follow up when additional information is needed

• Coordinate with service providers regarding booking-related requests

• Provide responsive and professional support throughout the booking process

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• High attention to detail

• Comfortable conducting online research and using digital platforms

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills

• Reliable, professional, and willing to learn new systems

• Customer service, booking, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
