Position Summary: 

The primary duties of this role will be to provide customer-related support, order entry management, and other customer service related duties for Loll Designs. This team member is an excellent communicator who is charismatic and patient when interfacing with customers in person, over the phone, or by email. The ideal candidate is a hard worker, who is detailed and team oriented, upbeat with positive energy, able to multi-task and think on one's feet. This team member will be part of a team that works diligently to provide a high level of care and service to Loll's customers and retail partners across the country.

Principal Responsibilities

• Develop a general understanding of Loll products.
• Communicate with customers via phone or email.
• Fulfill customer material sample requests.
• Daily use of computer systems and basic data entry to oversee the management of orders.
• Assist with customer pickup orders and walk-in customers who visit the showroom, educating them on the features of our products.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience and Skills: High School diploma or GED is required. Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality. Outstanding communication, both written and verbal. Self-motivated with problem solving abilities. Well organized. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay $16-$18 per hour
