Customer Experience Representative

$17.00 per hour + commission opportunities
Full-time contract | On-site | Paid training

Looking for a steady, customer-facing position where you can learn on the job? We're adding several people to an on-site team that assists customers with travel reservations, scheduling changes, account questions, and general service requests.

Most of your day will be spent speaking with customers by phone.

You do not need previous travel experience. We'll provide training on the systems, services, and procedures used in the role.

We're looking for people who

• Communicate clearly and enjoy working with customers
• Are comfortable spending a large part of the day on the phone
• Can use basic computer programs and enter information accurately
• Show up consistently and on time
• Stay professional when customers have questions or concerns
• Are willing to learn and accept coaching
• Can work both independently and with a team
• Are at least 18 years old

Current schedule openings

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM–10:00 PM

Compensation and training

Starting pay ranges from $17.00 per hour. The position also offers weekly pay, paid training, commission opportunities, consistent scheduling, and ongoing support from the team.
