What You'll Do
- Deliver high-end customer service and build lasting relationships with our community clientele.
- Lead day-to-day front-of-house operations, supporting and mentoring team members.
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism, sound judgment, and quick problem-solving.
- Partner with management to analyze service metrics and improve operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience).
