What You'll Do

Create a World-Class Customer Experience

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Build strong relationships by delivering professional, responsive, and personalized service.
• Resolve customer questions, concerns, and requests with urgency and accuracy.
• Identify customer needs and connect them with the right solutions.

Support Day-to-Day Operations

• Process orders, requests, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain customer records and account information.
• Balance truck inventory and support operational processes.
• Complete daily administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Collaborate Across Teams

• Partner with Operations, Sales, Logistics, and other internal teams to support customer success.
• Coordinate issue resolution and ensure customers receive timely updates.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Help identify opportunities to improve customer processes and experiences.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, customer support, account coordination, or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Teams, or similar business systems.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, fuel, aviation, energy, or related industries.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
