Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for all client enquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
- Proactively communicate project updates, milestones, and any potential delays to clients.
- Manage client expectations effectively and work to resolve any issues or concerns in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Liaise between clients and internal teams, including project managers and contractors, to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Gather, analyse, and report on client feedback to identify trends and contribute to our continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of client-facing documentation, presentations, and reports.
- Organise and coordinate client meetings, site visits, and project handover procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service, client relations, or account management role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving capabilities, with an aptitude for managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A professional, patient, and empathetic approach to client management.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Experience within the construction, engineering, or real estate sectors is highly desirable but not essential.
- Familiarity with CRM software would be considered an advantage.
