    Position Overview

    We are looking for personable, service-minded individuals to join our remote team as Customer Experience Advisor. In this role, you will support clients throughout the vacation-planning process by learning what they are looking for, researching suitable options, coordinating requested arrangements, and providing helpful communication along the way.

    This is a beginner-friendly opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and delivering positive customer experiences. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing learning resources are provided.

    Responsibilities

    • Communicate with clients to understand their vacation preferences, travel dates, interests, and budget, then research accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and other suitable options.
    • Help travelers evaluate available choices and coordinate selected services using approved supplier and reservation resources.
    • Keep important trip information organized, including confirmations, schedules, itinerary details, deadlines, and pre-departure information.
    • Provide responsive customer support by answering questions, sharing updates, following up on pending items, and assisting with routine changes or special requests.
    • Maintain accurate client and reservation records while continuing to build destination and supplier knowledge through ongoing education.
