We're looking for motivated, outgoing, and dependable individuals to join our customer enrollment team.
This is a hands-on, field-based position where you'll work directly with community members, explain available programs and services, assist with enrollment, and provide a professional customer experience.

No previous experience is required. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided.
What You'll Do
- Engage directly with community members in assigned locations
- Explain available programs and services clearly and professionally
- Assist customers with enrollment and application processes
- Use company-provided devices to complete applications
- Answer customer questions and provide appropriate guidance
- Maintain accurate customer and activity information
- Follow company procedures and compliance requirements
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Participate in training and team meetings

Compensation & Growth
- $17–$19/hour

Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid California driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel within assigned service areas
- Comfortable working with the public in outdoor and community locations
