Customer Engineer

This is a 6-month contract position based in Coppell, Texas, providing hands-on technical support to end users across Windows, macOS, and iOS devices and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for end user devices, including Windows, macOS, and iOS technologies
• Perform laptop imaging, configuration, and deployment for Lenovo and Apple devices
• Diagnose and resolve end user device issues, including break/fix and MAC address troubleshooting
• Log, track, and manage support tickets using ServiceNow
• Interact professionally with end users, demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to user satisfaction
• Collaborate with technical team members, end users, and management to resolve issues and support business operations
• Maintain high standards for customer support, reliability, and follow-through on tasks

Qualifications

• Required

• Hands-on experience supporting Windows, macOS, and iOS devices

• Experience with laptop imaging, configuration, and deployment (Lenovo and Apple)

• Strong troubleshooting and break/fix skills for end user devices

• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing systems

• Strong customer-facing and communication skills, both spoken and written

• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and passion for end user satisfaction

• Dependability, task-oriented focus, and strong follow-through

• Team collaboration and interpersonal skills
