We are looking for a customer-focused, organized, and self-motivated professional to join our Customer Engagement team.
SUMMARY
As a Customer Engagement Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for candidates pursuing BCSP certifications and designations. In this role, you will provide support by phone and email, process applications and evaluations, and manage pre- and post-examination transactions and records. If you enjoy helping others, staying organized, and delivering a high-quality customer experience, this could be a great opportunity for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to candidate questions by phone and provide timely, accurate support.
Review certification applications and recertification materials for completeness and qualification requirements.
Enter and maintain accurate candidate data in the Certification Management System (CMS).
Communicate with candidates about eligibility decisions or credential holder status, including notification of examination results and advise candidates on other BCSP products available to support them.
May represent BCSP at marketing events and other provided services requiring travel.
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in phone-based customer support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A customer-focused, empathetic approach and a genuine desire to help others
Ability to stay organized, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software quickly
Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business or a related field preferred

We provide hands-on training to support your success in the role. This is a full-time hourly paid position working 37.5 hours per week as part of a collaborative team in Indianapolis.
