About the Job:
The Customer Data Portfolio Project Manager supports the portfolio operating rhythm, intake coordination, roadmap visibility, dependency tracking, and delivery coordination across Taco Bell's Customer Data, CRM, Analytics, and related Digital workstreams. This role helps ensure work is clearly documented, organized, sequenced, and communicated so priorities, blockers, decisions, and leadership needs are visible across the portfolio.
Reporting to the Customer Data Strategy & Journey Lead, this role will help bring structure, consistency, and transparency to a fast-moving portfolio of initiatives spanning customer data foundations, CRM activation, customer lifecycle capabilities, analytics enablement, and broader Digital priorities. The role will support CDI&S representation within D&T intake processes, track follow-through on DCT and senior leadership escalations, maintain CRM and MarTech roadmap visibility, and coordinate cross-functional work tied to Lifecycle, Loyalty, Digital Product, Data, Technology, and external partners.
The primary focus of this role is portfolio operations and delivery coordination rather than hands-on technical implementation, platform ownership, or portfolio strategy ownership. This individual will serve as a key operational point of contact for CDI&S, helping prepare status updates, highlight risks and blockers, track dependencies, and ensure leadership has the visibility needed to guide decisions and remove obstacles.
