Key Responsibilities - Customer Coordinator

• 
  
• Assist customers by phone and email, providing exceptional customer service
• 
  
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• 
  
• Collaborate with customers and sales representatives to identify needs and provide solutions
• 
  
• Prepare customer quotations and enter orders accurately into the system
• 
  
• Initiate production work orders and maintain supporting documentation
• 
  
• Monitor finished goods inventory levels and assist with inventory reporting
• 
  
• Obtain shipping quotes and communicate freight rates to customers
• 
  
• Calculate billing and invoicing information, including shipping charges
• 
  
• Process return authorizations and related documentation
• 
  
• Support administrative and operational functions as needed
• 
  

Qualifications - Customer Coordinator

• 
  
• Previous office or administrative experience required
• 
  
• Strong customer service and phone communication skills
• 
  
• Prior customer coordination experience strongly preferred
• 
  
• Ability to multitask and work effectively with customers, sales teams, and production personnel
• 
  
• Strong basic math and Excel skills required
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• 
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment
