| Job Description: | Job Description CW - Customer Certification Program Coordinator Implements operational goals to execute product compliance strategies, policies, and processes, ensuring the companys products meet regulatory standards and compliance certifications are obtained and maintained. Participates in product design reviews, identifies and interprets applicable regulatory standards and requirements, and provides guidance and training to prevent compliance issues from the initial product design throughout production and delivery of the final product. Contributes to product labeling accuracy and consistency by standardizing compliance-related labeling (e.g., warnings, certifications, language requirements). Performs internal audits on technical documentation (e.g. declarations of conformity and material certifications) to ensure all records are current and audit-ready. Coordinates both internal testing and external testing, and maintains all documentation. Ensures suppliers comply with domestic and international requirements. Communicates with internal and external parties, including suppliers and regulatory bodies, to provide information and support, requiring explanation and engagement. |
