Customer Center Specialist

Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking 6 Roadside Assistance Customer Service Specialists for a heavy-duty truck parts and services organization which would be a great opportunity for someone with phone-based customer service experience looking to further their career in dispatch and logistics.

• Take inbound driver calls for emergency roadside needs; dispatch tow, mobile repair, or dealer resources
• Make outbound calls to coordinate providers and update customers until the truck is back on the road
• Document incidents in Salesforce CRM and confirm method of payment
• Schedule non-emergency maintenance service and share feedback with dealers and customers

Essential Qualifications

• Customer service or call center experience with strong communication and de-escalation skills
• Strong PC, organizational, and mechanical aptitude; self-starter under limited supervision
• Bachelors degree preferred or in progress; flexible for nights, weekends, holidays

Bonus Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish, French, or Punjabi
• Salesforce/CRM or automotive troubleshooting experience
