About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist to join our client's team in the education sector. In this role, you will contribute to providing exceptional customer service, managing data entry tasks, and handling email communications effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and efficient data entry into CB databases, including Salesforce and Smartsheets.
• Handle email correspondence and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Support parents and students needing accommodations for testing.
• Collaborate with the Customer Engagement team to improve overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Solid customer service experience.
• Stellar data entry and written communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and Smartsheets.
• Ability to work across different time zones, preferably CST.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Familiarity with accommodations and/or disabilities.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
