What You'll Do- Dispatch technicians efficiently to customer locations
- Communicating job details between technicians and customers
- Process permits, schedule inspections, and coordinate with vendors
- Debrief technicians after jobs and update data in company software
- Handle administrative and reporting tasks as required
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Schedule service calls and record important details accurately
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Delivering world-class customer service and meeting satisfaction goals
- Maintain accurate job notes and database records
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Provide timely feedback to management
- Build productive relationships with customers and coworkers
What We're Looking For- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of customer service, call center, and dispatching
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of computers and software applications
- Familiarity with business management software tools (preferred)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions
- Positive attitude and strong team player mindset
