Process payments and interact with customers processing requests for new accounts and high bill complaints, in addition to any other issues that may arise.

Requirements:

• Manages large volume of incoming phone calls.
• Generate sales leads.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
• Provides accurate, valid, and complete customer information.
• Meets service team sales targets and call management quotas.
• Manages customer complaints.
• Provides appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Follows up ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions.
• Files documents.
• Follows communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Process payments and interact with customers processing requests for new accounts and high bill complaints, in addition to any other issues that may arise.
• This will be office work forward facing to the public and a professional dress and demeanor will be required.
