We’re looking for a
Customer Care Dispatcher to play a key role in supporting our operations, with a primary focus on
inventory management and customer troubleshooting, and a secondary role in dispatching service technicians. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoy solving problems while helping customers, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and track inventory, ensuring accuracy and availability of equipment
- Assist customers with troubleshooting security systems and resolving issues efficiently
- Answer incoming calls and provide professional, friendly support
- Document service requests and updates using company software
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians as needed
- Communicate clearly with technicians to support successful service visits
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, inventory management, or dispatching (security/alarm industry a plus)
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software systems
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Clear communication skills and attention to detail
- A customer-first mindset with patience and professionalism
