The San Diego based Customer Care Coordinator will help drive the flow of relationships between customers, installation teams and management. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE
- Contribute to an excellent co-worker and customer experience by helping move projects forward with good communication and excellence.
- Communication of specific client needs with teams and Management
- Processing paperwork to help each stakeholder receive their needed information.
- Communicating logistical changes and installation issues .
- Problem solving with teams locally and in other locations.
WHAT YOU BRING - THE PERSON
- 1+ years of Customer Service Experience
- Microsoft Office Suite experience is required. Must be able to create professional business correspondence in Word, organize tracking spreadsheets in Excel and use Outlook for communication and calendaring
- Modest or extensive construction background a plus but not required.
- High school diploma
