    About the Opportunity

    We are looking for dependable, people-focused individuals to join our remote team as Customer Assistance Coordinators. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, researching solutions, staying organized, and providing a positive customer experience from start to finish.

    You will assist clients with vacation-related requests, research available options, coordinate selected services, and help keep important information organized. No previous travel-industry experience is required. Training and continued educational support are provided, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to build new skills in a flexible remote environment.

    What You'll Do

    • Communicate with clients to learn about their preferred destinations, dates, interests, budget, and specific needs.
    • Research and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation services using approved resources.
    • Help coordinate selected arrangements and organize confirmations, schedules, reservation details, and itinerary information.
    • Provide helpful client support by answering routine questions, sharing updates, following up on outstanding items, and assisting with standard changes or requests.
    • Maintain accurate records, review important details for completeness, track upcoming deadlines, and continue learning about destinations and supplier services.
