    Description

    The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputable, family-owned distributor of low-voltage electronics to hire an experienced Customer Experience Associate for their Nashville, TN location.

    This role plays an important part in supporting customers, enabling sales, and keeping day-to-day branch operations running smoothly.

    Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Customer Experience Associate is central to branch operations, blending customer service, sales support, and warehouse operations into one dynamic role.You’ll serve as a key link between customers, sales, vendors, and internal teams, helping ensure seamless experience and efficient branch operations.

    Schedule: Full-Time

    What You’ll Do

    This is an active role in a fast-paced showroom and warehouse environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Customer Service

    • Assist customers in person and over the phone with orders, quotes, and inquiries
    • Manage returns, exchanges, and warranty claims
    • Communicate proactively to resolve issues quickly

    Sales Support

    • Qualify and route inbound leads (calls, email, web, walk-ins)
    • Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records and follow-ups
    • Prepare quotes and support the sales process through close

    Operations & Process

    • Maintain organized systems, tools, and documentation
    • Support vendor coordination and onboarding efforts
    • Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements

    Warehouse Support

    • Pick, pack, ship, receive, and stock inventory
    • Maintain a clean, safe showroom and warehouse
    • Step in as needed to keep operations running smoothly

    What We Are Looking For

    Education and Experience

    • High school diploma or equivalent; college/associate degree preferred
    • Experience in customer service, inventory, or ERP systems
    • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

    Additional Skills and Attributes

    • Strong communication, organizational, multitasking and prioritizing skills
    • Attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency
    • Self-motivated, quick to learn, dependable and accountable
    • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally
