Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Account Representative to join our dynamic B2B team. As a key liaison between our business and customers, you will serve as a trusted partner, managing all aspects of order entry, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues across multiple communication channels. By utilizing ERP and CRM systems-such as Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central-along with phone and ticketing platforms, you will deliver outstanding service and contribute to a seamless, world-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate Order Processing: Enter and manage customer orders efficiently using ERP systems to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Customer Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls using Nextiva phone systems, and respond to customer emails and support tickets promptly and professionally.
- Request Management: Prioritize and manage customer inquiries and requests through email ticketing platforms with urgency and attention to detail.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues efficiently by identifying root causes, providing solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up to achieve closure.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams-including sales, operations, logistics, and finance-to address customer needs and ensure smooth operations.
- Customer Support: Provide accurate product, order status, and account information to assist customers proactively.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, increase customer satisfaction, and elevate operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years of customer service or account support experience in a B2B environment (highly preferred).
- Systems Knowledge: Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central preferred; familiarity with phone systems like Nextiva and ticketing/email platforms is a plus.
- Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle professional interactions confidently.
- Organization & Multitasking: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solving: A solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and follow-through.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
