Position Overview
We are currently hiring a Customer Account Representative to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. The Customer Account Representative will manage customer accounts, provide ongoing support, and serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with customer accounts
Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person
Update and maintain accurate customer account records
Prepare account reports and maintain documentation

Qualifications
