What You'll Do
In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls with current banking customers regarding recently missed payments (2–90 days past due). This is not third-party debt collection or old debt recovery.
Responsibilities include:
Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
Assisting customers with payment reminders
Reviewing account information professionally and accurately
Navigating multiple computer systems efficiently
Providing excellent customer service while maintaining compliance standards
