Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Custom Software Engineer for a Contract job with a client in Raleigh, NC (Hybrid). The ideal candidate must have strong experience in React.js, TypeScript, and Angular development, along with a proven ability to design, develop, and support enterprise web applications.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Custom Software Engineer job responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with Accenture and client teams to understand business and technical requirements.

• Design, develop, test, and support web application components using React.js, Angular, and TypeScript.

• Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations for assigned modules.

• Develop high-quality, maintainable, and scalable front-end applications aligned with project requirements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve defects, bugs, and performance issues identified during development and testing.

• Support deployment activities and work with deployment teams to address implementation challenges.

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong focus on technical skills and professional experience; formal education is preferred but not mandatory.

• 5+ years of experience with React.js.

• 5+ years of experience with TypeScript.

• 5+ years of experience with Angular.

• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks, front-end architecture, and responsive design principles.

• Experience consuming RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services.

• Understanding of Agile development methodologies and software development best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise-scale web application development.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development tools.

• Experience working within consulting or client-facing project environments.

• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and front-end performance optimization.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
