Description

Adecco Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in East Providence, RI. This will be a 1st shift position Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM and the pay rate for this role is $20 per hour.

Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact for customers, buyers, sellers, transporters, and insurance partners. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers with auction processes, maintaining accurate records, processing documentation, and supporting daily Branch operations.  

Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and through email communications.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding auction processes, vehicle information, fees, titles, transportation, and account status.
  • Process customer transactions, orders, assignments, and documentation accurately within company systems.
  • Enter and maintain customer and vehicle information in internal databases.
  • Prepare and process paperwork required for auction activities and vehicle sales.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist customers with payment processing and related administrative functions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely service.
  • File, scan, and organize documents in accordance with company procedures.
  • Support Branch operations and assist with additional administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service, administrative, retail, or office experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
