Location: Louisville, KY | Shift: 1st, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)

Your mission
- Turn blueprints and specs into reliable, production-ready fabrications.
- Execute welding and fabrication techniques that meet or exceed safety and quality benchmarks.
- Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools with disciplined safety practices.
- Validate your work—inspect and test welds and structures for accuracy and strength.
- Team up to solve fit, sequence, or distortion challenges as they arise.
- Keep your space safe, clean, and organized.
- Share your know-how by assisting with training of junior team members.
What it takes
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade or technical certification welcomed.
- Proven experience as a welder/fabricator in manufacturing or construction.
- Command of welding processes, materials behavior, and safety expectations.
- Fluency in blueprint and technical drawing interpretation.
- Detail-driven with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Collaborative communicator and dependable teammate.
- Strength and stamina to manage welding duties and heavy materials.
