What you’ll do

• Upholster furniture to a high standard with precise, refined finishes.
• Accurately measure, cut, and sew materials to match design specifications.
• Repair and restore existing upholstery, maintaining original design integrity.
• Partner with teammates to hit production deadlines and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain an organized, safe workstation at all times.
• Share clear updates with supervisors and peers on progress and roadblocks.

You’re a great fit if you have

• Hands-on experience in furniture upholstery and sewing.
• Deep familiarity with fabrics, materials, and upholstery techniques.
• The ability to read patterns and interpret detailed design specs.
• A meticulous, quality-first mindset.
• Strong time management and the flexibility to work solo or collaboratively.
• Basic working knowledge of sewing machines and upholstery tools.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; advanced training/certification is a plus.
