Up Closets of Douglas County | Castle Rock, CO | Part-time, variable hours | $30–$35/hr
Part-time install work across Douglas and Arapahoe County, Monday through Wednesday, with a real path to leading the install team. You'll work directly with the two owners of a 5-star, woman-owned company. This is not an entry-level role.
This is a fit if you
• Have closet, cabinet, or finish carpentry install experience
• Can read install schematics and do the math when a space doesn't match the plan • Want flexible part-time work that fits alongside your own side jobs or another gig • Can teach and lead other people calmly.
Pay
• $30/hr to start
• Up to $35/hr once you step into the Installation Team Lead role
• 10% commission on sales from customers you refer
Schedule
• Hours follow our sales. Busy stretches run 2 to 3 installs a week. Slow stretches, like the holidays, run lighter.
• Installs are booked about six weeks after a sale, so you'll know your schedule in advance. • Installs for this role fall Monday through Wednesday.
• Hours are not guaranteed week to week. There is potential to grow into full-time as the team grows.
What you'll do
• Install custom closet systems in clients' homes to design spec
• Treat every client's home like your own. This is non-negotiable.
• Keep the job site and company van safe and organized
• Coordinate with the warehouse so materials are ready for each job
• Work efficiently, but never at the expense of quality
As Team Lead
• Own job sites from start to finish
• Train and lead other installers
• Make the call when an install hits a surprise
• Earn the team's respect. Leadership here is earned, not assigned.
Requirements
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift and carry heavy materials
• Background check and drug screen
• Live in or near Douglas or Arapahoe County
