Custom Applicator / Spray Rig Operator (CDL) – Full-Time + Bonus

Offerle, KS area | $45K–$55K+ DOE + monthly application bonus, overtime and benefits

gpac is working with a well-established, family-owned ag retailer in south-central Kansas to hire a full-time Custom Applicator. This is a year-round role running John Deere self-propelled sprayers with booms up to 120 feet.

What you'll do:

• Mix, load, and apply fertilizer and crop protection products, and keep accurate spray records
• Clean and maintain the sprayer, tender truck, and trailer
• Help maintain nurse trailers and help with product deliveries
• Pitch in around the warehouse and location in the off-season

What you need:

• Experience running a spray rig or other ag machinery (farm experience counts, and they'll train)
• Class A CDL preferred, or the ability to get one
• Applicator's license, or the ability to get one
• A clean driving record
• Willingness to work long hours and some weekends in season

• Base pay plus monthly application bonus, with overtime
