Job Description
We're looking for a lead custodian for a long-term part-time evening job in Washington Twp, MI.

Schedule
Evening shift: Mon - Sat
Mon - Fri: 6:00pm - 11:30pm
Sat: 3 1/2 hours
31+ hours per week


Pay
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour: depending on experience and responsibilities
Paid bi-weekly with direct deposit option
 
 Responsibilities
-Ability to work with others efficiently
-Follow all health and safety regulations
-Perform quality control to ensure work is complete and the sites are secure at two nearby locations
 -Clean the showroom floors and operate a walk-behind floor scrubber in the garage
 -Cover staff shortages as needed at the nearby location in Sterling Heights:

• Pulling trash, sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms
• Stock and maintain supply room
• Mop and vacuum

Skills

• Proven working experience as a janitor (1-3 years)
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• Trainable and good communicator

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable mode of transportation (personal vehicle, public transit) -No Uber, Lyft, etc.
• Pass Background Check
