General Laborer
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 5:00 AM-3:30 PM

General Laborer Must-Have Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk throughout the shift
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
General Laborer Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to support warehouse operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility. This position is responsible for assisting with trash removal, recycling, housekeeping, and general warehouse support to help ensure an efficient and productive work environment.
General Laborer Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Warehouse Support
- Collect and dispose of trash throughout the warehouse and production areas
- Sort and transport recyclable materials to designated locations
- Maintain clean aisles, workstations, and common areas
- Assist with general housekeeping duties to support warehouse operations
Facility Maintenance
- Keep warehouse floors clean and free of debris and safety hazards
- Empty trash containers and replace liners as needed
- Organize designated storage and disposal areas
- Assist with additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned
Safety & Teamwork
- Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support warehouse personnel with general labor tasks as needed
- Work efficiently to meet daily cleanliness and operational goals
General Laborer Additional Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, janitorial, housekeeping, or general labor experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to assist in other warehouse duties as business needs require
