Pay Rate: $17.00
Full time position available:
- Monday-Friday: 5:00PM - 1:30AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist custodial staff at all sites
- Cover shifts and assist with routine cleaning as needed
- Deliver and pick up supplies and equipment
- Ensure quality standards are met at all job sites
- Monitor and support clock-in/out compliance
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Provide training and enforce company policies and safety practices
- Communicate regularly with supervisor and regional manager regarding team progress and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Must be 18+ with valid ID
- Strong attendance and leadership skills
- Ability to pass background check with no past or pending felonies or misdemeanors, and drug screen (including for THC)
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle to drive during shift.
- Schedule flexibility including the ability to cover earlier shifts based on operational needs.
- Comfortable with technology and able to use standard office equipment and programs
- At least 1 year of custodial experience preferred
- 1 year previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand/walk for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and team management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
