Manpower has a client that is seeking an Industrial Custodian/Janitor to join their team! This position is responsible for maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in assigned areas.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Custodian/Janitor:
Follows cleaning schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, etc).
Cleans assigned areas, warehouse floor, gutters, power washing outside walkways, resident patios, parking areas, etc. according to established procedures.
Cleans floors: Dry mop, wet mop, sweeps, disinfects where and when necessary.
Straightens or rearranges furniture, as directed. Inspects furnishings for wear and defects and reports to supervisor.
Cleans stairways, entrances, exits, bathrooms
Performs miscellaneous other duties such as but not limited, removing waste and disposal of waste and trash.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK
Monday - Friday - 7:00am to 4:00pm
