This role is responsible for the daily cleaning and upkeep of residential living areas, dining spaces, restrooms, and common areas while ensuring the facility remains clean, sanitary, and presentable.Key ResponsibilitiesSweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facilityClean and sanitize living areas, restrooms, dining areas, and common spacesEmpty trash and recycling containers and replace linersClean and reset dining tables and common areas as neededRestock soap, paper products, and other custodial suppliesPerform periodic deep cleaning, including windows, baseboards, and kitchen appliancesReport maintenance or repair needs to managementFollow established cleaning procedures and safety protocolsAssist with additional housekeeping and custodial duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious custodial, commercial cleaning, hospitality, or housekeeping experience preferredReliable, punctual, and able to work independentlyStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessAbility to perform physical work throughout an 8-hour shift, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carryingAbility to pass a background checkBenefitsCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceFull-time, stable scheduleSupportive team environmentOpportunities for long-term growth
