-Monday to Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
-Monday to Friday 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
-Monday to Friday 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
-Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
-Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
The Mobile Workforce Technician II performs advanced janitorial and facility service tasks that require additional training, including operating commercial cleaning equipment and using specialized cleaning chemicals.Technician II employees support more complex cleaning routines, assist with equipment-based tasks, and serve as the backup driver for the mobile workforce team when needed.This role requires prior experience in janitorial or facilities services and the ability to safely operate cleaning equipment.-Key Responsibilities:Perform all Technician I cleaning responsibilitiesOperate commercial cleaning equipment such as:Auto-scrubbersFloor buffersBurnishersPerform deep cleaning tasks such as:Floor scrubbingTile and grout cleaningSpecialty floor maintenanceChemical HandlingSafely use and mix approved cleaning chemicalsFollow chemical dilution proceduresHandle stronger disinfectants and floor care productsFollow S.D.S. and chemical safety protocolsBackup Driver ResponsibilitiesServe as backup driver for mobile workforce teamsSafely transport team members and equipment between job sitesSupport route coordination when neededOperational SupportAssist Technician Leads with complex tasksHelp train Technician I employees on cleaning proceduresMaintain accurate documentation of work performed-Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving recordPrevious janitorial, facilities, or cleaning experience
• Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment preferred• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely• Strong attention to detail and reliability-Success in This RoleSafe operation of cleaning equipment• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals• Ability to handle more complex cleaning tasks• Reliable backup driver capability• Consistent high-quality work
