Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring housekeepers in a professional setting. Wage: $15/hr. + $250 Sign-On Bonus after 120 days of employment Shift: Responsibilities: - Empty trash containers
- Clean bathrooms
- Vacuum all carpeted floors
- Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors
- Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low
- Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces
- Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas
- Notify supervisor of any problems
- Perform other janitorial duties as required
Physical and Other Requirements - Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand/walk for the entirety of the shift
