Custodian / Janitor – Full-Time – Immediate Opening M-F - Mid & Night shift

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned facilities, work areas, restrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and remove trash as needed.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and properly.
• Follow established safety procedures and precautions when handling cleaning chemicals.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing more than 50 lbs. as required.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas.
• Respond to guest and client needs in a friendly and professional manner.
• Adapt to changing cleaning priorities and facility requirements.
• Report safety hazards, maintenance issues, or supply shortages to management.
• Follow all company and client policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, or pull 50+ lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions.
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and other potentially hazardous materials.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Positive, professional, and friendly attitude.

Physical Requirements
