The Facilities Custodian is responsible for providing a clean, sanitary and comfortable environment.

REQUIRED
High school diploma or equivalent
0-2 years of relevant experience
Self-motivated and dependable
Ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with fellow team members and the Hanover employees
Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
Required to use chemicals and aerosols correctly and safely
Will be exposed to Bio-Hazards (body fluids)

The expected pay for this position is $20/hour
Assist the Facilities Supervisor or Manager in day to day operation of the facility.
Perform daily cleaning throughout the facility (i.e. cleaning kitchen/break rooms, vacuuming office areas, stocking and cleaning restrooms, sweeping/scrubbing warehouse floor, etc.)
Dusts office furniture, partitions, high and low ledges and moldings, and venetian blinds;
Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
Set-up/tear down for special facilities events
Assist the Facilities Supervisor or Manager in day to day operation of the facility.
