About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Office Pride of Northeastern Indiana as a Custodian! We are dedicated to providing exceptional cleaning services that create a welcoming environment for businesses in Fort Wayne, IN. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Dust and sanitize surfaces, furniture, and fixtures to maintain a pristine environment.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms as needed.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals in accordance with guidelines.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by management.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous custodial or cleaning experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
