Key Responsibilities:
-Facility Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in accordance with the company's sanitation requirements. This includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors and surfaces.
-Restroom Upkeep: Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring all fixtures, mirrors, and surfaces are polished and free of debris. Replenish supplies such as soap, towels, and toilet paper.
-Waste Management: Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials. Ensure waste bins are emptied and cleaned regularly.
-Surface Cleaning: Clean all common areas, including lobbies, break rooms, and hallways. This involves wiping down countertops, tables, chairs, and other surfaces.
-Special Projects: Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as carpet cleaning, window washing, groundskeeping, and deep cleaning tasks.
-Equipment Operation: Use and maintain cleaning equipment like buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, lawn mower, and weed eater. Report any malfunctions or repairs needed to management promptly.
-Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Use protective gear and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
-Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members and management to maintain a cohesive and efficient cleaning operation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a janitorial or cleaning role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and cleaning procedures.
